Windurra USA

Windurra USA is the main training facility of international eventing athlete Boyd Martin and international dressage athlete Silva Martin. Located in the heart of Chester County, Pennsylvania, the 75+ acre farm boasts some of the top sport-horse training amenities on the East Coast.

Schooling Information

The cross-country course at Windurra USA is currently open through October. Check here or our Facebook page for updates during the season as the facility does occasionally close due to severe weather. Both the dressage and jump arenas are available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for the jump ring contact Boyd (610-806-2381). Message Silva to schedule an appointment for the dressage ring (610-806-2721).

  • Cross-Country Schooling Fee – $60
  • Jumping Arena Usage Fee – $40/horse by appointment only 
  • Gallop Track Usage Fee – $40 
  • Training Pond Usage Fee – $15/horse 
  • Dressage Ring Usage Fee – $25 by appointment only

Fees can be paid via PayPal & Venmo (linked below) or by dropping a check in the box when you arrive! 

*Riders must pay for each portion of the facility that they use on each horse in the same session. Ex: show jump school + gallop = $80 

Coaches and clinicians are welcome to teach students at any time. Please ensure each of your students have paid before leaving.  

Parking: Please only park vehicles and trailers on the grass at the edge of the driveway. Do not park in the field or on the course. No motorized vehicles on the course. 

Horse Care: Please bring your own jugs of water to sponge your horses down/water horses after your schooling is complete. 

Before schooling you must complete the HOLD HARMLESS RELEASE below or make sure that you sign a copy at the farm! 

Please understand that cross-country schooling is inherently dangerous. You are welcome to use our course and train at our facilities, but you must accept full responsibility for injuries and/or damages. Our Facilites

Jumping Arena

150 x 300 ft. arena featuring imported fiber, all-weather Eurotex footing provided and installed by Attwood Equestrian Services, and multiple sets of hand-crafted standards and rails. $40/horse. By appointment only.

Dressage Arena

FEI regulation-size Grand Prix dressage arena, complete with mirrors and state-of-the-art Pinnacle all-weather footing provided and installed by Attwood Equestrian Services. $25/horse by appointment only.

Cross-Country Course

A world-class 40+ acre cross-country course, featuring traditional complexes, combinations, and elements from BN through Advanced. Schooling is available for trailer in-lessons and open training opportunities from Apr. – Oct. The jumps were built by ETB Equine Construction, with portable options moved on a weekly basis. Fixed fences include open ditches, water complexes, trakehners, coffins and sunken roads, as well as four keyhole fences from Beginner Novice up to Advanced specs. $60/horse

Gallop Track & Conditioning

A one mile gallop track stretches the length of the property, with daily maintenance of the all-weather footing provided by Attwood Equestrian Services. Windurra USA borders 3,000 acres of privately protected land, with competition horses conditioning on the pristine hilled countryside on a regular basis. $40/horse

Conditioning Pond

The training center includes a round pen, specifically designed to safely start young horses, as well as an aqua-training pond, built to for sustained resistance strength and conditioning, similar to an aqua tread. $20/horse

Indoor Arena

The new state-of-the-art 100 x 235 ft indoor arena is now open and available for use. Attwood Footing Services installed premium Eurotek footing, creating a perfect footing service for both dressage and jumping schooling. McComsey Builders completed the main construction of the indoor in late 2021 and we are anticipating the final touches to be completed by spring 2022. By appointment only.
